Fall Update

Happy September! It has been a busy summer between work and traveling, but I wanted to provide a brief update on what’s coming for Be Here Now 😄🌿

As some of you may know, in the past I have posted Mental Health Fact Sheets on a semi-regular schedule over on LinkedIn. I plan on continuing to add to the ones I have already created, but less regularly. They will be primarily posted on this blog under the Worksheets tab.

As we transition into the fall season I would like to keep my blog updated every 2 weeks or so with new posts covering topics such as Back-to-School nerves, how we can cope with current events going on, managing seasonal sadness/anxiety, etc. Not limited to those but just an idea of what’s to come! ☺️

I’d also like to include some photos of what I have been up to this summer! For some of us it has been an extremely hectic couple of weeks, but sneaking in time where you can enjoy yourself is paramount.

Our cat, Gouda, loves to spend time lounging in the sun (and chewing on my plants 😫)

Went to some concerts including the Head and the Heart, The Killers, and Yoke Lore.

My boyfriend and I learned how to make homemade bread!

Visited Up North Wisconsin twice, how lucky am I!

Did lots of reading this summer, four books down! 📚
