The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across the United States and its territories. The 988 Lifeline is comprised of a national network of over 200 local crisis centers, combining local care and resources with national standards and best practices.

Crisis Text Line
Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the United States – 24/7, free, confidential. Crisis Text Line (CTL) is here for you. A live, trained volunteer Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from our secure online platform. The volunteer Crisis Counselor will help you move from a hot moment to a cool calm.

Mental Health America
MHA’s online BIPOC Mental Health Resource Center offers a wealth of information and tools to bring light to the unique experiences of BIPOC communities and empower and uplift BIPOC individuals on their mental health journeys.

The Trevor Project
The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people ages 13-24.
Trans Lifeline
Trans Lifeline’s Hotline is a peer support phone service run by trans people for our trans and questioning peers. Call us if you need someone trans to talk to, even if you’re not in a crisis or if you’re not sure you’re trans.
National Domestic Violence Hotline
They also have an online chat feature available. Operating around the clock, seven days a week, confidential and free of cost, the National Domestic Violence Hotline provides lifesaving tools and immediate support to enable victims to find safety and live lives free of abuse. Highly trained, experienced advocates offer compassionate support, crisis intervention information and referral services in over 170 languages.
LGBT National Hotline
On the LGBT National Hotline, we provide a confidential safe space where callers of any age can speak about sexual orientation or gender identity/expression issues. This includes coming out issues, relationship concerns, bullying, workplace issues, HIV/AIDS anxiety, safer sex information, suicide, and much more.
Pride Institute
Opened in 1986 as a direct response to the HIV/AIDs pandemic, Pride Institute has been a leader in helping LGBTQ+ folx recover from substance use disorder, sexual health issues and mental health conditions. Our staff is trained to be knowledgeable about the unique challenges you face as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. We’ll provide you with a safe space while you find the tools you need to overcome addiction no matter how you identify within the LGBTQ+ community.

National Runaway Safeline
Provides advice and assistance to runaways, including resources, shelter, transportation, assistance in finding counseling, and transitioning back to home life. NRS frontline staff will also act as advocates and mediators if/as needed.
